Very Berry

Hey Cuties <3

As I told you, I was in Ultrecht at the Lolita Teaparty and made a twin-outfit with my friend Yuki <3

In this case I want to show you the awesome Accessoires we made together :3 

All of the jewelry we made, includes a lot of strawberries and roses.

First of all we made a wonderful headdress. The materials we bought at a little town, near Yukis place. We found many roses, pearls, strawberries and some other stuff. Without any concrete imagination we glued all the stuff together and yeah, here is our result :D :

 It looks soo good on her :3 

As always I had a problem to find matching earings..  'cause I can't wear earrings. I decided to make another pair of plugs with small strawberry pendants. 

Next I want to show you two rings. The first one is made out of Fimo. 

The ring is very small, so it tooks a time to make it look like a bow x_x .

For the second one I uses a childrens hairclip that I spoted in a shop for kids. I removed the clip and glued the cupcake on a bow.

Moreover I craft a necklace for me and Yuki. It is also made with my beloved Fimo :D!

After all the jewelry I want to tell about our funny sewing-action xD

We wanted to sew a blouse or cutsew in red. Yuki wanted red fabric with white dots... but I thought it would look to overfilled. Than I spoted the gorgeous chiffon ! Luckily I convinced Yuki and we bought it... But I didn't know what absolutly annoying fabric it was >__< 

I had to buy a special needle for that crap :D Well, it was worth the effort :)

 It was the first time that I sewed a blouse.. it isn't perfect but I like it though :)

Since we could get enough, we lastly sewed a matching bag. And we used Yukis selected dot-fabric :D

Shirahoshi Cosplay - Animagic day 2

Hey my dears,

as I told you, I made a Cosplay of Shirahoshi from the Manga and Anime "One Piece".

The Animagic weekend was really hot and on saturday it even was 33°C !!

So it was a reeeeally good decision to cosplay the cute mermaid. She only wears a binkini, her fins and some earrings. Because of her light pink hair I had to wear a wig, too. I was suprised not to die under this long wig ^^ I also wear contact lenses in blue ^_^ Shirahoshi has sooo wonderful blue eyes. We took amazing pictures in the river called "Rhein". Shirahoshi cries in every situation She's a bit shy and afraid of everything ^^ So I also cryed the whole day.. no, just kidding Hihi

It was soo refreshing to put my legs..oh.. I mean fins :D into the cool water. 

The only thing that was a bit difficult, was to walk in the skinny skirt. 

When I sewed the fin, I noticed that I can't walk in it... so I cut it in the middle and added Velcro tape on the borders. If someone wanted to take a photo I put the fin's lower part with the skirt together.

My boyfriend Thiemo was my cosplaypartner ^_^ He also cosplayed a character from One Piece. It was Luffy, the main character ! He looked soo cute in it :3 

His cosplay I also made by myself. For the shirt I used the patterns out of the Otome no sewing book for Lolita clothes. Actually the patterns were for a blouse ^^

It was a really nice day and I felt like a real mermaid princess

Animagic Outfit - Friday

Hey guys !

Last Weekend I visited one of the biggest Anime Conventions in Germany:

The Animagic 2013

For that reason I needed three lovely Outfits. 

I decided to wear two Lolita outfits and one Cosplay. The whole weekend it was really hot, so it was a good decision, to cosplay the One Piece character Shirahoshi. She's a Mermaid and lightly dressed.

Today I want to show you my Lolita outfit of the first day at Animagic.

I wanted to wear my Dreamy Dollhouse jsk by Angelic Pretty like last year, but there was a lot of missing things, like matching jewelry and accressoires.. 

So I produced a necklace and two rings that matches the dresses print. 

(It was really hard to draw that pony xD)

I also bought some new hair accessoires from chocomint and Angelic Pretty:

All in all I'm really happy about the outfit and the development compared to the last year  

The wig wasn't the best.. blonde is not my color. My Petticoat wasn't fluffy and too long. And the socks were horrible xD So this year I did better^^ The only thing that annoys me is my parasol..

Lastly I have a special photo for you that scares me a bit :D!

Well, I look forward to next year ^_^ (hopefully with a Baby, The Stars Shine Bright parasol^^)

Inspiring Time on Holidays

The last weeks I went on holidays to Paris and Utrecht. 

In Paris I visited the Japanexpo some Lolitashops and the delicious Ladurée.

In Ultrecht I went to my first Teaparty in a really stunning Location with many pretty girls. 

The time was one of the most inspiring events this year. 

I met many interesting people from around the world :) 

On both events the camera team from NHK World were present, so I look really forward to the next Kawaii International episode :3 

Now I will show you some pictures of the exciting things I saw.

I will begin in Paris:

At the first day we went shopping. Paris offers many fancy shops especially for Lolitas :3

On this pictures you can see the Baby, The Stars Shine Bright shop:

  

The store is small but super cute ^_^ I have to say that Baby isn't my favorite brand but this shop inspired me a lot, too.

Next up I want to show you the Angelic Pretty Store where we met Asuka and Maki *.* 

Unfortunatly the AP Shop is even smaller than the Baby Shop :( We had to wait until we could enter the shop, because it was very crowded...

I don't know how I could say it, but when I came into the shops there was this special feeling.. The feeling of happiness and perceptiveness. I mean, yeah.. it is only fashion but I feel so understood in this fashion. Everytime I wear Lolita I feel me.. because Lolita and all kawaii, unique stuff is who I am. So in my holidays I always wore Lolita and other kawaii styles and I felt soo good!

I also want to mention my admiration to Maki and Asuka. The girls have soo much fantasy! I wish I would be so creative like them, thats wonderful !

Next I want to report you about some other shops in Paris.

Not far away from the AP Store was a Store called "Manga Toys". It was... just amazing *o*!!

The store was like a museum *o* Sooo many figures !! 

I bougt two for my lovely boyfriend :3 

After that adventure we got hungry and went to Princess Crêpe.

It was sooo delicious and cute *o* !

The two girls, who are the owners of this cute snackbar was really nice and wore pretty maid dresses.

Equally delicious were the macarons of Ladurée :3 

On the next day we went to Japanexpo ^_^

Here are my impressions:

Everywhere were Shirahoshi figures *o* I'm very happy to cosplay her soon :3 

On the expo were many indibrands selling their jewelry ^_^ I bought a hairclip by chocomint. 

We come to the next event:

The teaparty in Utrecht !!! 

I want to start with the amazing guest we met on the teaparty:

Misako Aoki and RinRin ! 

Both girls were so nice and chatty.

Miri had a lot of questions to Misako. For example we wondered what she is wearing outside of Lolita. 

She told us that she wear other harajuku brands like Milk. That was really interesting to hear :3 

I also want to bring more Lolita clothes in my everydaylook !

Moreover I was suprised about Misako's personality. 

On the internet she acts kind of ..hm ..maybe too cute? 

I mean, a bit artificially.. 

But when I met her was so.. real and I noticed that she is just a cute girl. Not a girl who only wants to be cute ^_^

At the evening both of the girl gave a little concert :3

Finally the Outfit Contest starts *_* 

There were sooo many beautiful coordinates!

I'm really proud of my friends because they won !!

Miri was the 3rd and Evangeline won the special 4rd price ^^
